M Flores Produce (The M Flores Corp) · Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Program description

M Flores Produce (The M Flores Corp) (“we”) sends text messages from (385) 473-8006 to customers and prospective customers who text that number first. Messages include replies to your questions, price quotes, order confirmations, delivery updates, account notices and, if you start an order and leave it unfinished, one follow-up message within 24 hours asking whether you want to continue. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program. Some messages are generated by an automated AI assistant, which identifies itself as such.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by texting (385) 473-8006 first. We do not collect phone numbers by web form, by phone, on paper or in person for text messaging. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. By texting us first, you agree to receive replies about your requests and, if applicable, the single follow-up message described in section 1. How to text us: Text Us to Order.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your orders. At most one follow-up message per unfinished order. We send text messages between 8 AM and 9 PM Mountain Time and not on Sundays or legal holidays, except replies to a message you just sent.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent. You can also tell us by phone at (801) 333-7595 or email at [email protected]. You can opt back in at any time by texting START to (385) 473-8006.

6. Help and support

Reply HELP to any message, call (801) 333-7595 (Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT), or email [email protected].

7. Supported carriers

Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Your mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
